re: My Favorite Discord Feature

wow i have so many favorite discord features how do i even pick!!

1. i have a folding phone. discord somehow keeps a separate notification cache (?) for when i use the app on the external screen versus the internal screen, and sometimes at least one of them doesn't get updated, so on one of the screens i will get scrolled back several days in a chat that i last opened 10 minutes ago or something.
2. when i leave the discord app open on my laptop, and then i shut my laptop, and then i get messages on discord (that i probably already saw on my phone anyway), and then i open my laptop, and it plays the discord notification sound at MAX VOLUME PLUS CLIPPING… regardless of what the OS volume level is set to. i am genuinely worried it's going to damage my speakers. probably i should always close discord before closing my laptop.
