we interrupt this interruption in posting with an announcement

about buckwheat hull pillows. here it is: it is important to adjust the amount of buckwheat hulls inside the pillow to your liking! failure to do so may result in being like "this pillow fucking sucks and i hate it."

if it's overfilled for your taste, you might even have the more specific thought "this is so hard almost like a rock." if it's underfilled, then i guess maybe you're like "where is the support" or something but honestly i haven't had this problem.

i have two buckwheat zafus and a small bed pillow and a smaller travel pillow (because i am a certified buckwheat hull pillow fanatic / i stopped using my CPAP in favor of these so it's sort of an Important Health Thing (this is not medical advice etc)). but in doing my little house chores and tasks and so forth today, i realized that the travel pillow was still Way Too Hard, and maybe i should fix that before i travel. so i fixed it! by scooping out like six cups of hulls!

anyway, out of those four buckwheat hull cushions, i had to remove a bunch of hulls from three of them, and now i have a couple brown bags full of enough hulls to fill yet another small cushion. like maybe enough for a third zafu?? it might be floppy idk. anyway feel free to ama about buckwheat hull pillows, as you can see i occasionally like to talk about them 👍
